Paul Kingsnorth and Matthew Crawford will be our featured speakers at this intimate retreat in the Catskill Mountains of New York state.

We will broadly discuss the themes of antihumanism, by which we mean the low regard for human beings that animates some of our ascendant technological and ideological projects, from driverless cars to the view of the human person implicit in behavioral economics to facile attributions of "hate" to the great unwashed and attributions of fragile health to everyone in official Covid culture.

This event will be bookended by two public conversations between Paul and Matthew, at the beginning of the event and at the end. In between, the event will be user generated, by that we mean if you would like to speak, run a workshop, develop a panel, or more, this is your chance to have the stage and attention of these two great authors. General admission is $300 per adult and grants you access to the retreat. This includes talks, workshops and panels on Friday and Saturday, as well as the potential to participate as a speaker. Tickets also include an invitation to an intimate co-created potluck dinner with the authors Friday and Saturday nights. Coffee, tea and snacks provided. Accommodation is not provided. Tickets are limited to 30.
