Justin Haag joined NWMLS in 2008 and served as General Counsel prior to his appointment as President & CEO in 2024. Justin leads the organization in the strategic direction incorporated in the company’s vision, mission, and core philosophies adopted by its Board of Directors. Justin oversees a professional staff in delivering comprehensive, timely, and accurate real estate information, related tools, and customer support to more than 30,000 real estate professionals. Justin also serves on the Board of Directors for the Council of Multiple Listing Services (“CMLS”) and the MLS Technology Platform, LLC (“MLS GRID”).  Prior to joining NWMLS, Justin practiced law at Foster Pepper PLLC in Seattle, WA, where he represented a variety of clients in real estate and other matters. He received a Juris Doctorate from University of California Davis and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.  When not in the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, snowboarding, golfing, music, reading, and rooting for all Seattle teams (especially the Washington Huskies).

Rico Quirindongo is an architect and civic leader with more than 25 years of experience, Rico has dedicated his career to revitalizing Seattle’s neighborhoods and historic landmarks through thoughtful design, community engagement, and cross-agency collaboration. Prior to joining the City, he served as Civic Design Leader for the Northwest Region at international architecture firm DLR Group. Rico is a former President of AIA Seattle and former Chair of the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority Council, and was recognized by AIA National as a Citizen Architect in 2020. His work has included some of Seattle’s most significant civic and community projects, including Climate Pledge Arena, the Northwest African American Museum, and Midtown Square.

Nathan Gorton is the Chief Executive Officer of Washington REALTORS®, a role he has held since September 2023. He brings more than 20 years of experience within the REALTOR® organization, including 13 years as Washington REALTORS®' Government Affairs Director, where he led the association's legislative and political advocacy efforts. Prior to joining the state association, Nathan served as Executive Officer of the Snohomish County-Camano Association of REALTORS® and previously worked on local, state, and congressional political campaigns. A University of Washington graduate, he lives in Olympia with his wife and daughter.

Bill Clarke is an attorney and lobbyist based in Olympia who serves as Policy Director for Washington REALTORS®, and also provides legislative and legal services for a variety of businesses, utilities, local governments, and non-profit organizations.  He is a former member and chair of the Washington State Pollution Control and Shorelines Hearings Boards, which hear appeals of state and local permit decisions.  Bill is a graduate of Whitman College and the University of Montana Law School.

Additionally, Randy is a leader in the region’s business community who has developed strong relationships with opinion leaders and elected officials. Randy lives in Seattle and enjoys spending time on the water and in the mountains with his family.
