At the conclusion of the clinic the participants will receive a certificate and have the necessary skills to effectively navigate through the auto sales customer engagement process:
    • Establish rapport
    • Deliver a consultative or needs-based selling approach through effective                   discovery
    • Effectively present the features and benefits of the vehicle, and deliver the                 value proposition of the dealership
    • Successfully close sales
    • Achieve desired sales targets and conversions.
