Available to all 2nd through 6th-grade Vestal CSD students and started January 3rd but wrestlers can join anytime.  

There is no charge.

The goal of Vestal’s youth wrestling program is to provide our youth with fun and memorable experiences as we build the foundation to take you further in wrestling and other sports. You only need a mask, t-shirt, shorts, and wrestling sneakers. Wrestling headgear is optional.

Our youth wrestling clinic includes traditional practices on Mondays and Wednesdays. Depending on the situation there might be wrestling matches before JV/Varsity meets or our wrestlers may be asked to attend certain modified/JV/varsity meets. Wrestling tournaments are optional. Practices take place in the varsity wrestling room in Vestal CSD’s high school. COVID protocols will be followed for your children’s safety. Please know that dates and times are subject to change.
